You have received this message as you are one of the lucky ones whose appointment has not been cancelled due to the lockdowns as your appointment falls from October 26th onwards. Woohoo!

Before we begin filling our days with those who missed an appointment due to the lockdown, we just wanted to touch base with you and see what you wanted to do with your upcoming appointment.
Please do not share this message with anyone else, as we will be cross checking all replies to ensure a future appointment is booked before contacting.

Please note that we will be following the Government Health Advice, our industry rules have not been clarified and confirmed yet, however as soon as we know we will be sure to let you know!

Please reply to the text message that had this link with the following that applies to you and your upcoming appointment.

If you missed an appointment due to the lockdown and also have an appointment from October 26th onwards.
REPLY: MISSED APPOINTMENT and a member of staff will contact you in the next coming days.

If you have an appointment from October 26th onwards and do not need to alter your appointment that you have with us (You are happy with the service, day and time)
REPLY: CONFIRM and your appointment will be confirmed, however you will still receive a confirmation text message closer to your appointment.

If you had an appointment from October 26th onwards and wish to cancel, and not be contacted to reschedule (Knowing you may not get back in)
REPLY: CANCEL and your appointment will be cancelled, you will not be called.

If you had an appointment from October 26th onwards and wish to discuss your upcoming appointment, or need to clarify anything.
REPLY: CALL ME and a member of staff will contact you in the next coming days.

If you have home coloured your hair, or used supermarket / drugstore products please reply with CALL ME as we will need to alter your appointment.
